Best found in the misty mountain We stayed in these cozy lodges surrounded by nature, and the experience was unforgettable. the location is amazing, with breathtaking panoramic views of the forest and the wildlife. They have guided tours in the private forest with knowledgeable staff, which we took advantage of, and the night hike was a unique experience that we'll cherish forever. the food at the restaurant was delicious, and the happy hour in the bar was an enjoyable moment to relax and see the wildlife up close. Worst felt in the cold Our cabin was a bit chilly at night, and we had a hard time sleeping because of it, but we were provided heaters upon request.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. The food was really good and the bar had stunning sunset views. The hotel had hiking trails and tours available.

Located in the heart of Costa Rica's cloud forest, this lodge offers stunning views of nature. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-ventilated, allowing for a comfortable stay. The friendly and helpful staff ensure a pleasant experience. Guests can enjoy delicious meals at the restaurant and watch hummingbirds and Motmots flutter around on the open air porch. The lodge also offers nature trails, a Canopy Tour, and a fascinating night walk.

One downside is that the food, except for breakfast, is not particularly special.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

As a solo traveler, I loved the secluded location and beautiful views. The on-site trails were a great way to explore the area. The staff, especially Gustavo and Gabriel, were friendly and helpful. The food and drinks, especially the Cloud Forest cocktail, were excellent.

Felt cozy, nothing to complain about.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming, and we felt right at home. The location was stunning, at the top of a mountain with breathtaking views of the surroundings. The hotel had a variety of hiking trails to explore and we had the opportunity to see lots of wildlife. The meals were fantastic, with a menu that had something for everyone. The included breakfast was also delicious. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and the friendliness of the staff were all top-notch.

I had a wonderful experience at Cloud Forest Lodge. The hotel is nestled in the midst of a cloud forest with a magical and serene setting. The lush wildlife and abundant bird and animal activity added a special touch to my stay. The staff members were friendly and cute, making me feel right at home. As a honeymooning couple, we were kinda surprised with a bottle of wine and flower petals in our room, which added a romantic touch to our stay. The included breakfast was delicious and fresh, and we also enjoyed the happy hour with its reasonable prices. Despite the frequent rain , our room was comfortable, dry, and at the perfect temperature. I also took advantage of the night hike and canopy tour on the hotel, both of which were nice experiences. I highly recommend Cloud Forest Lodge for its beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, and enjoyable amenities.

cloud forest lodge by boena was beyond amazing! the staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy. they booked transportation for us and even helped me get my passport back. the restaurant was delicious with homemade sauces, and the view from the restaurant was breathtaking. we loved walking the trails and bird watching!

The rooms were lovely, with individual porches and high ceilings that allowed for plenty of natural light. The lodge itself was not very big, but it was affordable and the dinner was delicious.

The lodge offered a great breakfast and had a restaurant with a lovely veranda, where you could enjoy watching local birds and wildlife.

The road up to the property was quite rocky, making it a bit challenging to access with a standard vehicle.

the rustic and comfortable lodge-type accommodation was just what we expected. the property is surrounded by lush wildlife, with monkeys in the fruit trees. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks were excellent. We especially enjoyed sitting on the enclosed porch, overlooking the Cloud forest, while watching a breathtaking sunset. Our spacious room had a large bathroom and plenty of clothes storage. Exploring the trails around the lodge, we were able to spot motmot, armadillo, and agouti, along with other wildlife. Cons: Don't have any issues at all! 😄.
